Yes we can customize your kit with the name and number of your choice. Please feel free to contact us at retrokitstar@gmail.com 

I CAN'T FIND THE NAME OF A PLAYER IN THE OPTIONS ? 

Fot this please selected customize as an option for your kits and proceed to checkout, you can add the name and number you want in the note section (available only in laptop version ) or email us at retrokitstar@gmail.com for the name and number you want ! 

DO YOU OFFER A TRACKING NUMBER ? 

yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is fullfiled and ready to be shipped. Please note that it takes between 2-5 business day to prepare and ship the orders 

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHY IS IT SO DELAYED?

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has resulted in severe interruptions on transit and delivery services. For this reason, we may experience delays that could affect our advised delivery timescale. Not to worry, if you order has been delayed in any way, we will be in touch with you to keep you up to date. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size reasons unless your item is exhibiting a genuine fault. 

I HAVE RECEIVED MY KIT AND IT'S NOT THE RIGHT SIZE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Due to the nature of these unique items, we do not bear the responsibility for any sizing or change of mind related issues, we apologise in advance if this comes as an inconvenience.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY KIT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We apologise in advance if the item you have received is faulty, this is never our intention! So that we can swiftly proceed with the next best course of action, we ask that you send a photo of the faulty item to our Customer Care Team, please also confirm your order number. You will be eligible for a full refund or new item, provided the item is still in stock.
